Enable Instagram proxy connection

We do our best to keep your account connection to Instagram stable but in certain circumstances, it can be beneficial to utilize your own proxy server for the connection.
Since this is a new feature, it needs to be enabled in the settings section:



After that, it's available in our connection dialog:
