Getting Started

Find the Bulk Scheduling tool in the sidebar
Choose the account you want to schedule posts for by clicking on the account icon - the selected account will be circled in red (e.g. storritofresh)
Click ADD FROM GALLERY to open a pop-up showing your available images and videos (note that archived items won’t appear here)
Click on the items you want to schedule and they will appear in the order you select them
Click ADD SELECTED
Adjust the post dates and times
When everything is set, click SAVE (posts scheduled in the past will be posted immediately)
To cancel a post, click CANCEL in the row - this removes the post from the table, but don’t forget to save before leaving!

On April 5th, 2022, Storrito introduced a new pricing model. Since then, both new and returning customers can only subscribe to our updated plans: Storrito Instagram Accounts Monthly or Storrito Instagram Accounts Yearly.

Here are some common questions about Storrito's subscriptions, pricing, and billing:

Can I upgrade at any time and will I keep my story posts?

Yes, you can upgrade whenever you want. The story posts from your new plan will be added to your current post count.

Example:

If you have 20 posts left on the 'Standard' plan and upgrade to a 'Professional' plan, you will have 520 posts in total. Your new billing date will be today + one month, giving you extra time to use your story posts.

Can I downgrade my plan?

Yes, you can downgrade between monthly plans or between yearly plans at any time.

You will keep your remaining posts until the end of your current billing period. When the new billing period starts, your post count will reset based on your new plan.
You cannot downgrade from a yearly plan to a monthly plan. Please contact us or cancel your current plan and subscribe to a monthly plan after the cancellation takes effect.

Example:

You want to downgrade to a 'Standard' plan from a 'Professional' plan, and your next billing date is in 10 days with 200 posts left:

Scenario A: After 10 days, if you still have 160 posts

Why Your Instagram Account Might Disconnect from Storrito

There are several reasons why your Instagram account may become disconnected from Storrito. Below are the most common causes and how to avoid them:

1. Changing Your Instagram Password

When you change your Instagram password, all connected devices - including Storrito - will be logged out.

For Agencies:

If you're managing clients' accounts, it's important to ask your clients to notify you before they change their password. This allows you to reconnect Storrito in a timely manner without service interruption.

2. Clicking "This Wasn't Me"

Instagram sends a notification via email and in-app alerts whenever a new device connects to your account. If you or someone using your account clicks 'This Wasn't Me' in these notifications, Instagram will immediately disconnect from Storrito.

| Please note: A generic Android device will appear as the location during the connection process.

For Agencies:

Advise your clients not to click 'This Wasn't Me' if they see a connection alert for Storrito. Instead, they should confirm the connection.
