||| Be aware that while sharing stories to Facebook (either through Instagram or Storrito), only question stickers are interactive. All the other stickers (including the link sticker) will be treated like an unclickable image.

Connecting your Facebook page to your Instagram profile

Open your Instagram app and tap the burger menu.
Go to your settings by tapping the bottom of the gear icon labeled „Settings“.
Go to „Accounts“ in the sub-menu and select „Linked Accounts“.
In the last step, tap on „Facebook“ and enter your login information.

That’s it! This is how easy it is to link your Instagram profile to your Facebook profile.

Can I upgrade at any time and do I keep my story posts?

You can upgrade whenever you like. The story post amount of the new plan will be added to your current story post count.

Example: || You have 20 posts left from your current 'Standard' plan and upgrade to 'Professional'. After the upgrade you will have 520 posts left. Furthermore your billing date will be changed to today + one month, therefore you have more time to spend your story posts.

Can I downgrade my plan?

You can downgrade from a monthly to a monthly and from a yearly to another yearly plan at any time. .
You will keep your remaining posts until the end of your current billing period. With the beginning of the next billing period your post amount will be set accordingly to your new plan.
You cannot downgrade from a yearly plan to a monthly plan - if you really need to, please contact us or cancel your subscription and subscribe again to a monthly plan after the cancellation took effect

Example: You are on 'Professional' and downgrade to 'Standard', your next billing date will be in 10 days and you have 200 posts left. || A: After 10 days you still have

A tutorial on how to schedule multiple story posts at once

We have recently added a new feature to Storrito which allows you to schedule ++multiple story images and videos at once++. The bulk scheduling tool simplifies the planing of more complex stories and allows you to easily change the time and swipe up links of scheduled posts.

Getting Started

You can find the new tool in the sidebar under "Bulk Scheduling". Similar to the "Schedule" section, you can see all connected Instagram accounts in a column on the left side.
Make sure to select the right account you want to schedule your posts on by clicking on it. The active account is marked with a red circle (in this case storritofresh):

To schedule multiple posts at once on the selected account, click on the "ADD FROM GALLERY" button. A popup window will show all images and videos that are in your gallery. Please note that archived elements will not be shown.

You can now select multiple elements in this window by clicking on them. The order you click the cards determines the order they will be added to the bulk schedule tool which is also indicated by the numbers on the selected cards.

Why does my Instagram account got disconnected

There are a few reasons why your Instagram account might get disconnected from Storrito:

Changing your Instagram Password

A change of your Instagram password disconnects all mobile devices including Storrito.

If you are an agency please tell your clients that they should notify you before they change their password, so that you have the opportunity to reconnect Storrito.

Clicking 'This Wasn't Me'

Instagram sends an email every time a new device connects to your Instagram account. It also sends a corresponding in-app notification to all mobile devices, which uses this Instagram account. Clicking on 'This Wasn't Me' in this email or in-app notification also leads to an immediate disconnect of Storrito.

| A random Android device will be shown from the location you picked during the connection process. || If you are an agency please also tell your clients that they should not click the 'This Wasn't Me' button.

Logging out from a Storrito session

On the Instagram app you can logout devices that have access to your Instagram account (Settings -> Security -> Login Activity -> Where You're Logged In -> 3-dot-menu). If you or one of your colleagues logs out the Storrito connection, the Instagram account won't be connected to Storrito anymore.

Signup and connect your Instagram account

Click on the „Signup" button on the Storrito website. You can sign up with Google or via Email + Password. Shortly after, you will receive a confirmation email. Click on the link in the email, and you return to the Storrito App. (If not, please check your spam folder)
To connect your account, click the Instagram Accounts tab and follow the prompts. You can connect via our mobile proxy servers (recommended), or you can use your own device as a proxy server, more in this article: Storrito Relay App. (Note: When you use your own device in combination with the Storrito Relay, the device needs to be online all the time.)

How to create your first Story with Storrito

Click on "Upload" to upload a picture or video from your computer.
Once the image or video is uploaded, click on it and then on "Edit" to open Storrito's Story Editor.
Add your Instagram Stickers, edit the story as you wish, and click "SAVE".
Back to your Storrito-Gallery, click on the Story again and then on "Post/Schedule," and the scheduling view will open. You can publish your story directly, or schedule it by entering a d
