How To Add Your VAT Number At The Checkout
Yes, you can add your VAT number during checkout. However, the option only appears on the second step of the checkout, which makes it easy to miss.
Here's how it works:
Step 1
- Select your credit amount on the first checkout screen
- Enter your email address, country, and postcode, then click "Continue"
Step 2
- On the next screen, look at the left-hand order summary
- Click “Add VAT number” (shown underneath the VAT line).
- Enter your VAT number and confirm.
- Once added, your VAT will be applied correctly to the invoice.
Important Information
- If you complete checkout without adding it, VAT will be charged and applied to your invoice.
