Resolving Connection Issues with Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
We've noticed that connection problems can occur when two-factor authentication (2FA) is not enabled on your Instagram account(s). If you encounter an "incorrect password" error message on Storrito.com, this may be the cause. To prevent this issue, please enable two-factor authentication (2FA) by following these steps:
How to Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) on mobile:
Go to your profile and tap the Menu button (hamburger icon, top right)
Open the Meta Accounts Center
Tap on Password and security
Select Two-factor authentication
Choose your Instagram account
Select an authentication method (we recommend using an authentication app) and follow the on-screen instructions
Once you’ve enabled two-factor authentication (2FA), return to Storrito.com to connect your account. This should resolve your connection issues. If you continue to experience problems, please reach out to us via support.
