How To Send Us An Error Report

When something isn’t working in Storrito, especially during the Instagram connection process, we completely understand how frustrating that can be. Our team is here to help, and the more information you can provide upfront, the faster we can troubleshoot and get things back on track for you.

But don’t worry - if you’re unsure what to include, it’s always okay to just reach out. We don't expect you to do our job for us. This guide simply outlines the kind of details that help us resolve your issue as quickly and accurately as possible!

If you’re experiencing a technical issue, please try to include:

The Instagram account name (if you have more than one connected)

A description of what’s going wrong (e.g. "stuck at the Instagram login screen during the connection process" or “story post fails with the following error message”)

Steps you’ve already tried (e.g. reconnecting, clearing cookies, trying a different browser)

Any error messages you’ve seen

Screenshots or screen recordings, if possible

You can send this information to us directly via chat or email at support@storrito.com. If you’re reporting an issue related to a scheduled post or connection, we also recommend not deleting anything until we’ve had a chance to take a look.
