Resolving Incorrect Password Errors
If you receive an "incorrect password" error message when connecting your Instagram account(s) but are confident that your password is correct, we recommend changing your password(s) using the Instagram app on your mobile device or at instagram.com.
Reset Password on Mobile:
Go to your profile and tap the Menu button (hamburger icon, top right).
Select Settings and privacy.
Open the Meta Accounts Center.
Click on Password and security.
Tap on Change password.
Enter your old password.
Create a new password.
After changing your password, return to Storrito.com and connect your account using the new password. This should resolve your connection issues. If you still experience problems, please contact us via our dedicated support chat.
