Reset Password

If you get the error message incorrect password and you are 100% sure that the password is correct we recommend changing the password in your Instagram app on your phone or at

Reset Password on mobile:

Go to your Profil and open the Menu (hamburger icon top right)
Click on Settings and Privacy
Open the Meta "Accounts Center"
Click on Password and Security
Tab on Change Password
Insert your old password and your new password

Next, go back to and connect your account with the new password. Your connection problems should be resolved, if not please contact us via support.
