Step-by-Step Guide to Changing the Time Zone on a Mac

Note:

To change the time zone in Storrito, you must understand that Storrito uses the time zone of your browser.
Your browser in turn is based on the time zone of your computer.
So we have to adjust the time zone in your system settings of your computer to finally change it in Storrito.

Quick Guide

Apple Menu → System Preferences.
Open Date & Time.
Click the lock icon and enter your password.
Select the Time Zone tab.
Uncheck Set time zone automatically.
Select your time zone.
Close the window to save changes.
Restart your Browser

Detailed Instructions

Open System Preferences:
- Click on the Apple menu in the top-left corner of your screen.
- Select "System Preferences" from the dropdown menu.

Navigate to Date & Time:
- In the System Preferences window, click on "Date & Time".

Unlock the Settings:
- If the settings are locked, you will need to unlock them to make changes.
- Click on the lock icon in the bottom-left corner of the window.
- Enter your administrator password and click "Unlock".

Go to the Time Zone Tab:
- Click on the "Time Zone" tab at the top of the window.

Disable Automatic Time Zone Setting:
- Uncheck the option "Set time zone automatically using current location" if it is enabled.

Select Your Time Zone:
- Click on the map or use the dropdown menu to select your desired time zone.
- Alternatively, you can enter your city or a nearby city in the search field.

Save Your Changes:
- Once you have selected the desired time zone, simply close the window. The changes will be saved automatically.
And restart your browser.
