Facebook Cross-Posting troubleshooting

The story does not share to my selected Facebook page!

In most cases you need to check if the selected Facebook Page on Storrito corresponds to the selected page on Instagram.
Please check here:

Instagram Settings -> Accounts Center -> Connected experiences -> Sharing across profiles -> select your Instagram account -> select the Facebook Page

In case the page didn't appear in Storrito yet, please go to https://app.storrito.com/#/instagram/connect
select your Instagram account and click on the "sync" button.

My Facebook page does not appear on Storrito!

Please go to https://app.storrito.com/#/instagram/connect
select your Instagram account and click on the "sync" button.
In case you still do not see your Facebook Page, please continue with The story does not share to my selected Facebook page! further up.

I still cannot share my story on my Facebook page!

The next approach utilizes the Meta Business Suite to make sure your Instagram account and Facebook page are properly linked:

Go to https://business.facebook.com/ and log in:



Go to "Settings"



Go to "Business Assets", filter for "Pages", find the Facebook page you want to cross-post to and click on "Connect assets".



Then Click on "Instagram Account", follow the instructions and finally log in with the desired Instagram account!



In case you already already got the Instagram account connected to your Facebook page, you will be prompted to switch:



Then, go back to app.storrito.com/#/instagram/connect click on your Instagram account and then on "Sync":
