Old Pricing & Billing FAQ
On April 5th, 2022, Storrito introduced a new pricing model. Since then, both new and returning customers can only subscribe to our updated plans: Storrito Instagram Accounts Monthly or Storrito Instagram Accounts Yearly.
Here are some common questions about Storrito's subscriptions, pricing, and billing:
Yes, you can upgrade whenever you want. The story posts from your new plan will be added to your current post count.
Example:
If you have 20 posts left on the 'Standard' plan and upgrade to a 'Professional' plan, you will have 520 posts in total. Your new billing date will be today + one month, giving you extra time to use your story posts.
Yes, you can downgrade between monthly plans or between yearly plans at any time.
You will keep your remaining posts until the end of your current billing period. When the new billing period starts, your post count will reset based on your new plan.
You cannot downgrade from a yearly plan to a monthly plan. Please contact us or cancel your current plan and subscribe to a monthly plan after the cancellation takes effect.
Example:
You want to downgrade to a 'Standard' plan from a 'Professional' plan, and your next billing date is in 10 days with 200 posts left:
Scenario A: After 10 days, if you still have 160 posts remaining, your post count will reset to 100 when your 'Standard' plan begins.
Scenario B: After 10 days, if you have only 6 posts left, your post count will still reset to 100 when your 'Standard' plan begins.
Yes, you can buy a yearly subscription.
You will get all of your story post credits for the year at once.
The posts will be valid for one year, until your next billing date.
There will be no monthly resets, so you won't lose any remaining posts at the end of each month.
You can use your story credits at any time during the year.
You can cancel your subscription at any time.
You will keep your remaining posts until the end of your current subscription period.
After that, your post count will be reset to zero.
You can resume your subscription at any time by clicking on 'Resume your plan' in the Subscription panel in Storrito.
No problem! You can upgrade to a higher subscription at any time.
Our plans range from 'Standard' to '20 x Professional' (100 to 10,000 posts). If you need a number of posts not covered by these plans, you can buy a Post Package. This will give you extra posts for your current billing period.
To buy a post package, go to the Subscription panel in Storrito or click on 'Post package' in the navigation bar.
Example:
You are on a 'Standard' plan, have no posts left, and your next refill is in 20 days. You purchase a post package of 20 additional posts. You now have 20 posts to use before the next refill date when your posts will be reset to 100.
All plans include the same features. You can choose a plan based on how many story posts you need per month.
You can connect as many Instagram accounts as you like.
You can add as many team members as you like.
Your next refill date is shown in the Subscription panel in Storrito. This is also when the subscription fee for the current month will be charged. Please note, your story posts are refilled only after we receive payment.
