Storrito Refund Policy

V1 Pricing (Subscription-Based Accounts)



New Customers

Customers who cancel their subscription within seven (7) calendar days of initial signup are entitled to a full refund (100%) of the subscription fee.

Yearly Subscriptions (Unused)

Refunds for unused yearly subscriptions are issued as follows:

a. Cancellation within fourteen (14) calendar days of renewal: 80% refund; subscription will be terminated immediately.
b. Cancellation within six (6) months of renewal: 50% refund.
c. Cancellations after six (6) months from the renewal date are not eligible for a refund.

Monthly Subscriptions (Unused)

Refunds for unused monthly subscriptions are issued as follows:

a. Cancellation within seven (7) calendar days of renewal: 100% refund; subscription will be terminated immediately.
b. Cancellations after seven (7) days are not eligible for a refund.

Legacy Accounts: Seat Adjustments

Customers with legacy (ported) accounts who wish to add or remove seats will have their pricing recalculated in accordance with the previously agreed seat price modifier.

Technical Issues: Monthly Subscriptions

In the event of verified posting or connection issues, customers with monthly subscriptions may be eligible for a refund of up to one (1) month per affected Instagram account.

Technical Issues: Yearly Subscriptions

In the event of verified posting or connection issues, customers with yearly subscriptions may be eligible for a refund equivalent to one (1) month of service per affected Instagram account.

Account Loss or Severe Service Limitations

In cases where a customer loses access to their Instagram account or encounters significant technical limitations that render the service unusable, refund requests will be reviewed individually. Refunds may be issued up to a maximum value equivalent to three (3) months of service for each affected Instagram account.

V2 Pricing (Credit-Based Accounts)



Credit Refunds

Customers may request refunds for unused credits. Approved refunds will be deducted from the customer’s current credit balance.

Service Issues (Continuing Use)

Customers experiencing service-related issues who wish to continue using Storrito may be granted complimentary credits at Storrito’s sole discretion.
